Event Description

Open Farm Sunday is an ideal opportunity to be taken round our fields and find out what's growing on the farm at the moment and learn about how our scheme works. As well as the farm tour, there's also a Leasowe Farm rewilding tour. The day will offer a range of other free activities immersing in nature: a 'moth breakfast' studying moths caught in overnight traps with Holly and Catherine, a foraging walk with members Craig (forager) and Nic (herbalist in training), a 'bioblitz' with member Pam and Catherine, and a fermentation demonstration with Erica.

NB: Due to Leamington Half Marathon, access to the farm will be via the Fosse Way (Harbury Lane from South Leamington / Leamington Road, Leicester Lane, Wappenbury, Eathorpe from North Leamington) until the roads reopen after the marathon (starts at 8am so could be as early as 12 noon).
