Event Description
Join us for a two hour farm walk and talk to learn about life at Thrales End Farm. Ian whose family has been at Thrales End for 120 years will introduce the history of Thrales End from ploughing with horses to its much changed appearance of today. Farm manager Ted will explain our journey in regenerative farming and the challenges facing farmers in 2026. Supporting biodiversity is very important on the farm. Bee keeper Louise will highlight the role of her bees and the walk will conclude with a talk from Sheep Farmer Ben whose flock he has grazed at the farm from the age of 16.
