Come and discover the farm behind Errington Cheese!
We will be running free farm tours all day on Open Farm Day to share our story. A fun family-friendly tour which is both educational and interactive. Come meet our animals, learn about sheep and goat dairy farming, see behind the scenes of our farmhouse cheesemaking, all nestled in the beautiful Upper Clyde Valley landscape.
Tours will depart every hour from 10am, last departure at 3pm. Food available on site as well as our cheese, and our cafe Errington's Barn is just a few minutes away if you're looking for another stop.
About This Farm
Errington Cheese is a family‑run dairy farm in South Lanarkshire, making award‑winning farmhouse cheeses since 1985. Using milk from our own Lacaune sheep and goats, we craft cheeses by hand with a strong sense of place, including Lanark Blue, Corra Linn and Blackmount. Alongside cheesemaking, we also rear whey‑fed pigs. We share our work through farm tours and cheese tastings, and our cheeses and produce can also be enjoyed at Errington’s Barn, our nearby farm shop and cafe.
