Event Description

Our farm is small and unique and we would love to show you around. This is a free event where everyone is welcome. Wicton Farm is home to the Wild Cow Dairy - an organic dairy farm in the heart of Herefordshire. We have a small herd of 50 organic cows who are milked once a day and are 100% grass fed. We are an antibiotic free farm and work with nature to ensure we have a happy healthy herd.

We will be running two farm tours (lasting about one hour each) Tours will start at 11.00 am and 13.00 pm. These tours will allow you to interact with our experienced team and learn about what we do here at the farm. You will get to meet the cows, explore our grazing paddocks, learn more about our agro-forestry and see our milking parlour and winter housing for the cows. We have a established vegetable garden providing weekly vegetable bags for the local community. During the day we will be selling food and a variety of fresh farm produce including but not limited to fresh raw milk, seasonal vegetables, Halloumi style cheese (which we make here on the farm) fresh milk, milkshakes, apple juice, cookies and cakes and meat from our wild cow herd. We would love you to come and see us, meet our dynamic and forward thinking team, ask questions and become a part of our farming journey!
