Event Description
Wyre Community Land Trust
Come and visit us at St George's Farm and enjoy a guided tour of the forest with our experienced staff. Conservation is our main goal, you can hear about what we do and even sign up for volunteering and do your bit.
You can also have a go at green woodworking and learn about the different skills that were employed in days gone by.
Our sawmill and workshop will be open to explore with people on hand to answer any questions.
There will be lots of other activities to keep the young ones occupied and tea, coffee and home-made cake available for purchase at very reasonable prices.
About This Farm
The Wyre Community Land Trust manages an area of Wyre Forest known as Ruskin Land. We keep a small herd of Dexter cows for conservation grazing.
