Event Description
Come and visit a regenerative working mixed livestock and crops traditional family farm. Set in the spectacular Tamar Valley National Landscape and World Heritage Mining Site - Deer Park Farm offers the chance to see farming and nature blending together through regenerative methods of production. Experience close up our Suckler Beef Herd of cows and calves including the Highland Fold, Sheep Flock including Lee the Llama, plus growing crops of Barley and Oats, Forage Maize and Herbal Leys, plus MIscanthus Energy Crop - Elephant Grass. Take part in our self guided nature trail and enjoy a picnic by the pond.
Free guided tractor and trailer rides during the day - but please book a morning (11:30 am ) or afternoon (2:00pm) slot to avoid disappointment and email [email protected] with the amount of people and time you would like to join.
