Event Description
This would be the third year the Marshwood Vale Cluster has hosted an Open Farm Sunday in conjunction with the Melplash Agricultural Society.
Entry is free. Visitors can stand in a milking parlour while cows are being milked, meet a range of other farm animals, hop on a tractor and trailer farm tour, explore our barn with hands-on activities, and discover the farm, perfect for curious young minds.
Experience delicious local cooked food or bring your own picnic and enjoy the wide open views.
Investigate (Supervised) farm machinery, new and old.
No need to book, turn up and enjoy a day of fresh air, food and farming fun.
Bring your wellies and appetite for adventure.

Home Farm is a spring-calving organic dairy farm. Sophie and Tom are first-generation organic farmers who offer packs of educational engagement
