Event Description
Mote Farm Open Farm Sunday:
- Meet some of the Mote Farm livestock including cattle, ewes and lambs.
- Children’s activities
- Children’s farm yard trail
- Refreshments available to buy eg tea, coffee, water, juice and cakes
- Farm reared beef burgers and beef sausages available to buy from the barbecue
- Native beef shorthorn beef available to buy
- Come and meet local farmers and purchase their produce
There are car parking, toilets and hand washing facilities on the farm.
Please try not to bring dogs if possible as our livestock aren't used to them.
Please note the event is on a working farm and there is uneven terrain
You will be asked to stand in disinfectant on arrival and departure, sp please wear appropriate footwear.
About This Farm
Mote Farm is a family run farm which forms part of the Ightham Mote Estate owned by The National Trust. It is an arable farm with a small suckler herd.
