Whether you’re a reg­u­lar Open Farm Sun­day host or plan­ning to take part for the first time this June, join us on 20^th March for what promis­es to be an inspir­ing day.

Open Farm Sun­day man­ag­er, Annabel Shack­le­ton said ​“It’s a bril­liant oppor­tu­ni­ty for those join­ing us to meet like­mind­ed farm­ers, cross pol­li­nate ideas, learn from indus­try lead­ing LEAF Edu­ca­tion Spe­cial­ists and PR experts, and go home with a renewed enthu­si­asm and con­fi­dence to wel­come vis­i­tors onto their farm.”

At a time when pub­lic per­cep­tion is so para­mount, we’re doing all we can to sup­port farm­ers to show­case British farm­ing and the fab­u­lous work they are doing for the environment.”

The day will con­sist of a series of talks and pre­sen­ta­tions from Annabel, along­side host farm­ers and spon­sors, fol­lowed by a series of work­shops to help farm­ers upskill in a vari­ety of areas, and learn how they can weave the 2024 theme ​‘farm­ing with nature’ into their OFS events – from dig­i­tal com­mu­ni­ca­tions and mar­ket­ing their events, mak­ing the most out of farm walks, to the end­less pos­si­bil­i­ties of activ­i­ties relat­ing to soil, water, wildlife and bio­di­ver­si­ty! There will also be drop-in Q&A ses­sions with the OFS team and expe­ri­enced host farm­ers to answer those burn­ing ques­tions, help­ing to solve any OFS quan­daries, and a chance to col­lect a selec­tion of OFS resources.

The day is an oppor­tu­ni­ty not to miss — and the OFS team very much look for­ward to wel­com­ing farm­ers to Brag­bor­ough Hall Busi­ness Cen­tre on 20^th March to talk all things Open Farm Sunday!
